Enforcer or Criminal ?

What are the major aspects and differences between Enforcers and criminal ?

I don't know which side to pick.

wish i could give you all the details. but i dont know everything myself. im actually curious to hear more on the criminal side of it. ive seen quite a bit of enforcer but i wish there was a podcast covering the criminal game play personally >_<

As far as I know, Enforcers have the option to arrest criminals rather than just killing them. This will delay your respawn a few seconds more.

-patrols (watching and acting on criminal activity)
-several other stuff i cant quite remember.

-probably a lot more than that.

most likely the best idea at first. give both sides a try when you get the game, just join whatever suits you better.

From what I know of criminals, they'll be able to do things like....

Rob stores
Mug people
Rob banks
Murder
steal cars
steal tv's (on second thought, they can steal a lot of things, so, stealing ingeneral.)
Rob armored car deliverys
Blow up buildings (Yes, blow up buildings, I heard it said in a video, or read it in a dev post, I don't remember which. I've seen too much and read too much stuff to remember where I saw/heard it exactly)

As for enforcers, well to sum it up, you're there to stop all this from happening by whichever means you see fit.
Some people will use soft weapons (rubber bullets, dart guns, etc) to arrest people, which takes people out of the match for 20-30 seconds, as apposed to 5-10 for dying, personally getting arrested should end the match for that person, but that's just me I guess.

as a side note, I was more than happy to see an NPC that was walking around, die when it got into the line of fire between the good and the bad, and it was the enforcers bullet that killed it, so that answered a question of mine. Nothing annoyed me more in CoV when you'd be robbing a bank, and there's all these idiot npc's literaly running around flailing their arms, and you can't hurt them. Not only are they running around like chickens with their heads cut off, but they're getting in the way, blocking doors, shoving you around like you're a feather.

Well from the little i herd from podcast / youtube they said you are gonna be able to have more than one defiantly soo 2 at least so just make one enforcer and one criminal see which ones you would like the best

All I know is the basic things...

Enforcers clean up the cities, fight crime, arrest civilians etc etc etc.

Criminals are in gangs, destroy the city, protect their turf etc etc etc.

one thing i noticed from the Enforcers and criminals page is that criminals can fight with one another and have clan warfare, while enforcers cannot. This is probably a big difference so how does that sound to others here when looking at which side they want?

Wide array of pvp and shifting alliances vs common enemies and comradery?

The biggest differences i remember reading about is
Enforcers can wear badges, have access to non lethal weapons so they can arrest, and call for back up ( not sure if this applies to criminals as well. )

Criminals can steal, rob, kill civis ( for notoriety ) and criminals can also kill other criminals ( I remember this from somewhere. )
